WHERE IS IMPULSABLE BASED?

We're based in London, but we're an international brand and we offer free international delivery.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship all of our products direct from our trusted suppliers in China, which means you get the newest products at the best price. As a result of this, delivery usually takes more than 14 days and items in your order may be delivered separately... but our products are worth the wait!

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Everywhere... you could spin a globe, shut your eyes, pick a random spot and we would get it there. Pretty nice of us right?

 

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are final so once you've received your order you can't return or exchange it. However, if when you receive your order there is a significant defect, we will replace it with a brand new one ASAP. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Deliveries can take up to 2 months depending on what items you bought. If you haven't received all the items from your order within 60 days of your order confirmation email then contact us or email info@impulsable.com.

If it hasn't been 60 days since you placed your order then there's no need to email us... remember, patience is a virtue.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

Your products come straight from our trusted suppliers, so different products will be sent separately, from different suppliers. This means they won't arrive all at once.

 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES? 

We think it's pretty mean of governments to charge you for buying products from abroad. Luckily for you we don't sell many expensive items and so customs fees will not apply to the vast majority of orders. If customs fees do apply, then they are your responsibility, not ours. It's not our fault your government wants to take away all your hard-earned money. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get charged custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order then EMAIL US STRAIGHT AWAY quoting your order reference number... this is important, as once your order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped then we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
